Qatar is a country that is growing dramatically. This country is mobilising huge investments both in the field of infrastructures (new towns, rail network, underground metro, shopping centres, real estate projects of all kind, roads and car parks) and in the acquisition of assets worldwide (Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company is the second largest shareholder in VINCI group).

Indigo has been present in Qatar since 2011 through QDVP (Qatari Diar VINCI Park), which is a joint services company that specialises in the design and operation of car parks and parking facilities. QDVP is a joint venture owned 51% by Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company (a subsidiary of the Qatar sovereign fund, Qatar Investment Authority) and 49% by Indigo.

The company operates three car parks at Hamad International Airport in the capital, Doha, and provides consultancy for several major works projects, such as the Sheraton (2 800 spaces), Lusail car parks (2 200 spaces), Doha Convention Centre and Tower (3 000 spaces) and more recently for Qatar Rail’s Park & Ride projects.
